Omair is an experienced graphic designer who has been involved in advertising, branding and the broadcast industry for ten years. Omair has a BFA in Graphic Design from the National College of Arts (Lahore, Pakistan) and a MA in broadcast design from the Parsons School of Design (New York, USA). Omair has been practicing and supervising design with major Pakistani TV channels like Geo in a senior supervision capacity at their head offices in Karachi. Omair also helped set up and brand the first city- based television channel in Pakistan in Lahore.

Hasibullah Ahmadzad

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Mr. Amanzad is a strategic communications professional with a special focus on visual communication. In his role as strategic communications specialist, Mr. Amanzad designed and implemented various communication strategies and public awareness campaigns, building upon strong visual components. He also developed communication strategies to Afghan ministries and provided consultations on Communication to many government entities and non-government organizations. As a creative director and senior graphic designer, having a strong background in graphic design, 3D and 2D animation, Mr. Amanzad was mainly responsible for the development of innovative designs and concepts, graphics design, and layouts for motion graphics. He was also in charge of illustration and management of off-set printing materials, promotional materials, newspapers, and motion graphics. Furthermore, Mr. Amanzad developed companies' brandings/re-brandings, as well as visual content for websites and social media.

Heelai Noor

Program Director

Ms. Noor is a strategic communications and business development professional with a diverse background in media, capacity building, communications and development in Germany and Afghanistan. She previously worked for a decade as a journalist, researcher and junior producer for most of the country’s largest media outlets in Germany including WDR, Deutsche Welle English News Service, and RTL television. Ms. Noor has a distinct appetite and passion for Startups themed around innovative business models and business and marketing strategies working in Germany within a range of industries including banking, finance, insurance and health sector in general. In line with this, she has developed a strong research and analysis skill-set and in her work with a number of Startups and Small Business Enterprises in Afghanistan designing concepts and business strategies that adapt to the environments, clients and target audiences needs for sustainable growth and efficiency.

Anuraag Dalal

Marketing Strategist

Mr. Dalal is a Marketing Strategist and is mainly responsible in setting specific objectives to develop cohesive and profitable marketing strategies aligned with business targets, including designing digital and offline marketing campaigns and performing market research. Mr. Dalal has more than 10 years of professional experience in digital and offline marketing. Previously, Mr. Anuraag was attached to several management groups as a speaker and a part of conferences and roundtable discussions at DMAI, D&B events, and ASSOCHAM. Mr. Dalal has developed more than 100s of marketing strategies for Asia and European countries. Mr. Dalal holds his bachelor degree in Chemistry from the University of Pune, and he possesses a Post Graduate Degree in International Marketing from CMS, Bangalore (Formerly known as MATS School of Business and IT).

Abdul Hasib

Senior Finance Manager

Graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance. At Ball State University Mr. Abdul served as a Vice President for the Economics Club. Following his graduation, he worked for National Institute of Management and Administration as a Director of Outreach funded by the World Bank. Mr. Abdul also worked for AWR LLOYD as a Manager of South, Central Asia and Middle East, Greenwich Consulting & Support Services as a Financial Advisor. Mr. Abdul as 4 years of experiences in for profit and non-profit organizations. He is fluent in English, Pashto and Dari languages.

Abdul Samad Katawazy

Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist

Mr. Katawazy is an economic development expert, who served as an Adviser to the Minister of Commerce and Industries, Islamic Republic of Afghanistan through Adam Smith International. Prior to this, he strengthened his extensive research experience working with the American University of Afghanistan (AUAF), in the capacity of Senior Researcher & Consultant with key focus on Commercial Law Analysis & Policies Supporting Women’s Economic Development. He has also served at the Afghanistan Investment Support Agency (AISA), where he conducted empirical economic researches in economic sectors to study market structure, performance, growth linkages, and supply chain through a proper need assessment, pilot survey and evaluation testing. Mr. Katawazy has also steered market research for multinational companies such as Ergo, a New York based firm. He holds a BSC International Development and Globalization from Ottawa University, Certified in Local Economic Development from Entrepreneurship Institute of India and a Bachelors of Business Administration from IQRA University.

Shafiullah Halimi

Senior Administration Manager

After successful completion of his studies for a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Mr. Halimi, worked as Administration Manager with a wide range of industries in logistics, financial services, construction and engineering. He has travelled throughout the country, worked in Kabul, Khost and Mazar-e-Sharif and is fluent in Dari, Pashto, English and Urdu.

Karimullah Nasiri

Information Technology (IT) Manager

Mr. Nasiri is responsible for the IT-related infrastructure, its maintenance and development. He develops new strategies and IT procedures to increase efficiency, enhance workflow and improve IT related procedure. Furthermore, Mr. Nasiri assists with the installation of new hardware and software and help train employees on its use. Mr. Nasiri has 5 years of professional experience in networking, database, web development and maintenance, and he has managed complex projects for USAID and its implementing partners. Mr. Nasiri has received his bachelor's degree in computer science from Nangarhar University, Afghanistan.

Bahram Alizada

Project Manager

Mr. Bahram Alizada has over 10 years of professional experience in media production, filmmaking, photography, branding and as an editor. Having worked for a number of private businesses one of his main responsibilities was brand communication. In the public sector, he further developed his communication skills, in his role as strategic communications expert worked with the communication department of the Afghan Ministry of Interior (MOI). Mr. Alizada holds one Bachelor's degree from the American University of Afghanistan (AUAF) in Political Science and Public Administration with a Minor in Law, and a second Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the Media Department of Kabul University.

Shabnam Najm Rahimi

Project Manager

Ms. Rahimi is a trained medical doctor with a professional career of over 10 years in communications. She has worked for the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, such as Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock (MAIL), private sector businesses and renowned media institutions such as the BBC Media Monitoring Center in Mazar-e-Sharif, Afghanistan. In her role as a professional communicator she was mainly responsible for reporting, media monitoring, M&E activities and training, and coordinating donor funded media projects in Kabul as well as in Balkh province. Ms. Rahimi holds a medical degree in curative medicine from the University of Kabul and speaks Dari, Pashto, Uzbeki, Turkish, English, and Urdu.
